When Edge defeated Undertaker at One Night Stand, the Rated-R Superstar and his at the time bride-to-be, SmackDown General Manager Vickie Guerrero, had stipulated The Phenom be banished from all of WWE. But after Edge’s infidelity, Guerrero did the unthinkable, reinstating The Deadman and putting her cheating husband in a match against the returning Superstar at SummerSlam – the dangerous Hell in a Cell Match.
Edge was shocked by the revelation of Undertaker’s return and his subsequent match in the sadistic structure, but perhaps the Ultimate Opportunist’s greatest astonishment was that Vickie had accepted his “heartfelt” apology, only to stun him with the news of The Phenom.
After being banished since June at the hands of Edge, will Undertaker show any mercy to his SummerSlam opponent in a match that he has made a devil’s playground? Will Edge’s past sins come back to haunt him in the form of The Phenom? Or will the Rated-R Superstar rest in peace after Hell in a Cell? And what about Vickie Guerrero, who had a huge hand in banishing Undertaker? Will The Deadman have any sympathy for the scorned GM or her current situation?
To catch the Biggest Blockbuster of the Summer, tune into SummerSlam Aug. 17 only on pay-per-view.

In a darkened arena eerie bells toll as lightning strikes set torches on either side of a ramp ablaze. Fog rolls in as a tall figure in black steps out. he pauses, then begins his way down to the ring, entering at his leisure then removing his coat and hat revealing a muscular man with intense, piercing green eyes. This is The Undertaker. He shifts his weight from foot to foot as his opponent makes his way to the ring. JBL comes down with Orlando Jordan. 'Taker's eyes never leave JBL as he begins to bounce as a boxer does, getting ready to fight. JBL looks all serious as he gets into the ring, and the bell sounds.
JBL backs around 'Taker as 'Taker moves in. They lock up and The Undertaker unceremoniously shoves JBL with one arm through the ropes and onto the floor. 'Taker waits as JBL gets up with a surprised look. 'Taker is through waiting and hops out of the ring as JBL backs away quickly. 'Taker stalks him around the corner of the ring but is distracted by Orlando coming up behind him. JBL tries to take advantage of this and swings at 'Taker, but 'Taker blocks and a right punch knocks JBL to the floor once again. The Undertaker pulls him up and slams his left arm onto the top of the steel steps. He shoves JBL back in the ring and slides in after him, quickly grabbing his left arm wringing it and giving a jerk which drops JBL to his knees. The Undertaker wrings JBL's arm again and drags him to the corner. He starts to go up as JBL hits him in the head with four rights knocking him back into the corner, then knees him in the stomach and pulls him out of the corner and hits a swinging neckbreaker. The Undertaker rolls up and receives a boot to the shoulder. He rolls away onto his knees then to his feet as JBL grabs his left arm, wrings it and holds it up exposing 'Taker's ribs. Before he can strike The Undertaker nails him with a hard right that staggers JBL, then another and a knee to the gut. 'Taker whips JBL off the ropes but JBL reverses and catches 'Taker coming off in a sidewalk slam. He hooks a leg but only gets a two count as 'Taker shoves him off. 'Taker rolls to his side as JBL goes outside the ropes and climbs to the top turnbuckle. He waits for The Undertaker to get to his feet then jumps and hits him with a flying shoulder block. As The Undertaker is down JBL comes off the ropes and drops an elbow to the sternum and tries another pin. Once again he gets only a two count. 'Taker rolls to his feet and backs to the corner as JBL comes in with a right followed by a knee to the stomach, then a bit kick to 'Takers jaw that finally puts 'Taker down to the bottom rope. JBL continues to hit 'Taker and then whips him across the ring into the opposite corner. He follows The Undertaker in but 'Taker suddenly comes out of the corner and grabs JBL's left arm and takes him down with an armbar. 'Taker gets up and stomps on JBL's left arm and shoulder three times. As JBL rolls to his knees 'Taker grabs his left arm and wrings it, hitting hard from underneath. He backs to the corner and lands a smashing Old School that knocks JBL flat.
'Taker stalks JBL as he is getting up, then hooks him and plants him face first. 'Taker covers but JBL grabs the bottom rope. "Taker pulls JBL into a sitting position, hooks an arm and grapevines his legs around JBL's neck and chest in a submission hold very similar to a Triangle Choke. JBL flails wildly in a desperate attempt to get free, but soon begins to wilt. 'Taker rolls onto his back so JBL's shoulders are down. JBL seems to be practically out so Orlando Jordan helps him by putting his leg under the ropes. The Undertaker lets go and rises to one knee glaring at Orlando as he backs away. JBL has gotten to his feet and staggers into the corner. 'Taker turns and runs in on him but gets a boot to the jaw that turns him. He's stunned but not down and JBL runs at him but gets a boot to his jaw. JBL drops to his knees near the ropes as 'Taker stumbles away rubbing his jaw. JBL gets to his feet in the corner with help from Orlando and 'Taker runs in with a big boot that misses JBL but nails Orlando and sends him flying off the ring apron. Unfortunately The Undertaker's leg gets hung over the top rope for a few seconds and as he is trying to free himself JBL hits 'Taker's left leg hard, sweeping it out from under him and sending him crashing to the mat. JBL rolls out of the ring and grabs The Undertaker legs, trying to pull him to the ringpost. 'Taker braces his right foot against the ringpost to stop him, but JBL hits him in the head twice then pulls his legs on either side of the ringpost. He then wraps The Undertaker's left leg hard into the post. 'Taker screams in pain as JBL wraps his leg around the post again, and again. 'Taker is laying in pain, unable to move for a moment as JBL picks up a folding chair and slams it against 'Taker's leg which is draped on the steel steps. 'Taker screams and holds his leg as JBL whips it into the post again. He grabs 'Taker's leg and slide him around, when 'Taker suddenly gives JBL a boot to the head with the other leg, and drops off the ring apron to this feet. JBL turns and is floored with a hard right. 'Taker pulls him up and rams his head into the top of the steps, then turns in pain, leaning on the announcers table pulling his left leg up to get his weight off of it. He limps around to grab JBL by the hair, climbs up the steps then hesitates. JBL sweeps 'Taker's right leg off the top step and The Undertaker drops onto his injured left knee on the second step. He spins off the steel steps and lands against the barricade holding his knee in pain, then leans back against the barricade. JBL rolls back into the ring and Orlando grabs 'Taker and throws him back in.
'Taker gets to his feet as JBL comes in with a knee to the gut. 'Taker staggers away swinging at JBL but JBL kicks 'Taker in the stomach then kicks his left leg out from under him. He then grabs 'Taker's leg and drops down on it as The Undertaker screams in pain. JBL grabs the leg again and wraps it around his, twisting 'Taker's knee. 'Taker hits JBL with four rights to try and get him to loosen the hold, then turns and attempts to roll out. JBL hangs on however and rolls back as 'Taker grimaces in pain. He gets back to his feet to put more pressure on the leg hold. But 'Taker wraps his other leg around JBL's and spins taking JBL down face first and comes to his feet with JBL in a half Boston Crab. JBL is screaming and manages to just grab the bottom rope, but as 'Taker breaks the hold he rams JBL's knee into the mat. 'Taker boots JBL in the head then whips him into the ropes. 'Taker goes for a hip toss but JBL blocks it and tries one of his own. It doesn't work. 'Taker hooks JBL's leg and rolls forward ending in a knee bar that has JBL screaming. JBL pounds on 'Taker's injured left knee causing him to release the hold. Both men stagger to their feet and 'Taker hits JBL with a right and whips him into the ropes. 'Taker lowers his head and JBL stops, hitting him hard with a forearm across the back of the neck. This only angers 'Taker as he straightens up showing no effect from the blow. JBL goes for a right but 'Taker blocks it and hits JBL with a right of his own that sends him flying through the ropes to the floor. 'Taker hops out and slams JBL's head into the announce table. A hard kick to the gut staggers JBL and The Undertaker rolls him into the ring and drapes him over the ring apron. 'Taker limps away for a few seconds trying to walk out the pain in his leg, then turns and runs at JBL and slams an elbow across his throat. JBL is stunned and 'Taker rolls him over, then climbs onto the apron and hits JBL with a leg drop that sends him crashing to the floor in a heap. However The Undertaker is hurt and he leans on the announce table once again to take his weight off that leg. He limps to the ring and rolls in, slowly getting up as Orlando runs over to help JBL on the floor. 'Taker grabs JBL by the hair to pull in in the ring but JBL grabs 'Taker's head and hangs him up on the top rope. 'Taker goes down as JBL climbs onto the top turnbuckle form the apron. 'Taker gets up and catches JBL however with a hard right, then two more before climbing to the second rope himself. He hooks JBL and superplexes him off the top. 'Taker is stunned also but manages to drape an arm across JBL for a pin. JBL manages to get his shoulder up at the count of two.
'Taker gets to his feet signaling for the Last Ride, pulls JBL up kicking him in the gut. He positions JBL for the move when suddenly JBL hits 'Taker's left knee taking him down, and drops onto the knee with an elbow twice. JBL then drops with his leg on 'Taker's knee and craps 'Taker's knee around his leg. At this point 'Taker is in a lot of pain and just lays back. The referee counts two twice as 'Taker sits up each time to break the count. 'Taker leans up and grabs JBL by the throat to break the hold. He gets to his feet but JBL kicks his left leg out from under him dropping 'Taker to his knees. JBL comes off the ropes but 'Taker staggers up and catches JBL, planting him with a spinebuster. The Undertaker covers but only gets two. They both get to their feet and exchange rights with 'Taker finally knocking JBL down. JBL gets up and The Undertaker whips him into the ropes, but JBL reverses and 'Taker ducks under a wild punch and comes off the opposite rope with a flying clothesline that levels JBL. Immediately upon landing however 'Taker grabs his left knee in pain and gets up slowly limping into the far corner. JBL crawls to the opposite corner and The Undertaker waits till he starts to get up, then charges in with a bit splash. 'Taker limps away and runs in again. He backs off as JBL staggers out, then scoops him up onto his shoulder, dropping him onto the top turnbuckle for Snake Eyes then lays him out with a clothesline off the ropes. He rolls JBL onto his back for the pin but again only gets a two count. JBL manages to get to his feet but walks right into a chokeslam. But The Undertaker limps to the ropes for a moment before coming back to cover JBL. JBL barely manages to get his shoulder up before the three count. 'Taker pulls him up and then throws him over his shoulder apparently going for a Tombstone. However he sees Orlando coming in so he allows JBL to slide off his shoulder so he can nail Orlando and sent him flying out of the ring. But when he turns back to JBL he gets leveled by a clothesline from hell. JBL is still a bit stunned himself and it takes him a few moments to roll over for a pin. 'Taker kicks out and gets up, staggering into the corner as JBL comes in swinging. 'Taker grabs him by the neck and flings him around and into the corner hitting with three hard rights before whipping JBL out of the corner. The Undertaker suddenly puts on the brakes and flings JBL back around and into the corner he just pulled him out of. Unfortunately the referee had stepped in the way and got splashed by JBL. JBL turned and both men went for a kick to the face, knocking each other down.
Seizing the opportunity Orlando threw the title belt in to JBL as both he and 'Taker slowly got to their feet. The Undertaker turned and came in on JBL and got nailed with the belt. JBL tossed the belt down and kicked it out of the ring so the referee wouldn't see it. He started to go for a cover but realized the referee was still out. Orlando then got in the ring and dragged the referee over, then as JBL covered 'Taker Orlando grabbed the referee's hand and counted one, two, but just as he was bringing the ref's hand down for three 'Taker kicked out. Both JBL and Orlando were stunned and couldn't believe 'Taker had managed to do that. 'Taker crawled to the corner to pull himself up and Orlando attacked him. But 'Taker hit him in the stomach with a knee and threw him out of the ring. As 'Taker turned he got leveled by a clothesline from hell by JBL. He immediately rolled to his feet and leaned back into the corner. JBL came in with punches and climbed onto the second rope, pounding The Undertaker in the head. Suddenly 'Taker hooked JBL's legs and came out of the corner planting him with a Last Ride. 'Taker dropped to his knees and rolled over onto JBL for the cover. He could've gotten an eight count but the referee was still dazed and very slowly dragged himself over to count. By the time he reached two JBL had recovered just enough to kick out. 'Taker grabbed JBL by the hair and brought him to his feet, flinging him over his shoulder for a Tombstone. The referee was still hurt and rolled away as Orlando got into the ring with the belt sizing 'Taker up. 'Taker dropped JBL again as he saw Orlando and caught him with a boot as he charged in. Orlando dropped the belt as he went down, and The Undertaker picked it up. He turned and nailed JBL with it. The referee came to just in time to see that and called for the bell disqualifying The Undertaker. 'Taker looked at the referee hesitantly as he realized he'd just lost the match. He tossed the belt down and pulled JBL up running him across the ring throwing him through the ropes to the floor.
'Taker then hopped out hitting JBL with a solid right then rammed him head first into the top of the steel steps busting him open. 'Taker then limped to JBL's limousine and ripped the horns off the hood throwing them aside. He grabbed JBL and knocked him down with a headbutt, then pulled him up by the hair and dragged him over to the limo. 'Taker tried to pick JBL up but JBL partially blocked it so 'Taker put him down, gave him a hard right then scooped him up and slammed him onto the hood of the limo breaking the windshield. The Undertaker started to walk away but instead jumped and hit JBL with an elbow to the sternum. He then gestured 'forget this' and walked up the ramp pulling his straps down. With his hands on his hips he stopped, then looked back over his shoulder at JBL who was laying bleeding on the hood of the limo. 'Taker turned with a wicked look in his eyes and came back down the ramp. He stepped onto the hood of the car and pulled JBL to his feet by his hair. He then dragged JBL onto the limo roof, and holding him firmly by his hair with one hand grabbed him firmly by the throat with the other. He paused for a moment then lifted JBL and chokeslammed him right through the roof of the limo. 'Taker snarled as he looked with satisfaction at what he'd done, then glanced around at the crowd. He turned and stepped off the roof onto the blood spattered limo hood and slid on off. He wiped JBL's blood off the hood and smeared it across his chest, then turned and walked up the ramp, clearly not happy with the fact that he'd not won the title. He paused at the top of the ramp and looked over his shoulder at the crowd with disgust before continuing on through the entrance and out of sight.
Orlando opened the passenger door of the limo and dragged JBL out onto the floor. The medics loaded him onto a stretcher and after Orlando retrieved the title belt they carried him out.

Orton hit Undertaker with a few uppercuts and right hands in the corner but Undertaker grabbed him by the throat and threw Orton into the corner and hit Orton with some huge body blows. Undertaker whipped Orton into the opposite corner and charged in towards Orton but Orton got his foot up. Orton then ran towards Undertaker but Undertaker got his foot up and went for another cover but yet again got only 2. Taker hit some rights in the corner then intimidated the ref a little. Undertaker charged from the opposite corner and hit a knee into Orton?s gut. Undertaker then continued to beat down Orton with some right hands as well. Undertaker then whipped Orton into another corner and tried the knee to the gut again but Orton kicked Taker?s hamstring. Undertaker went to the apron and hit Orton with a back elbow. As Undertaker tried to get into the ring, Orton hit him with a DDT but only got a 2 count because Undertaker put his foot on the bottom rope. Undertaker ran towards Orton but Orton hit a huge powerslam on Taker but got a 2 count. Orton put a leg lace on Taker but Undertaker reversed it and drove Orton?s knee into the mat.
Orton went for the RKO but Undertaker tossed him across the ring. Undertaker went for the Tombstone but Orton flipped over but Undertaker flipped back only to have Orton execute a modified neckbreaker for a 2 count. Orton then delivered some blows to the chest of the Deadman. Orton went to the top rope and hit Undertaker with a beautiful cross body block but Undertaker rolled through and grabbed Orton?s throat and delivered a huge chokeslam and signaled for the Tombstone. But all of a sudden a man in a white suit and red hat jumped in the ring and Undertaker went to nail him but security got him out for the ring. But Orton got up and delivered a RKO out of nowhere and covered The Undertaker, 1?2?3. Orton wins and nobody in the MCI Center can believe it.
Winner: Randy Orton
Aftermath
Randy Orton goes outside and waves for someone and then stands next to the man in the white suit. Randy and the man ripped of the face but it is soon revealed to be a mask and the man is none other than Randy Orton?s Hall of Fame daddy, ?Cowboy? Bob Orton Jr. Orton and his dad then ran to the back because Undertaker was in the aisle way. Undertaker picked up the wig and rolled his eyes back in anger as Undertaker walked to the back.
